Things I plan TODO here

Not necessarily in the order I'll do them:

• Finish converting "Notes about the Iranian nuclear political issue" to HTML, & clean it up.
• Create local copy of "CIFS: Common Insecurities Fail Scrutiny" by Hobbit. HTML version would be best.
• Fix busted links to internal endpoints.
• Fix stale links to external endpoints. (Thanks to Melissa & others for pointing them out.)
• Convert some LaTeX documents to HTML.
  1. Do "Introduction to Unix & SDF" first. It would benefit from fixed links & HTML.
  2. Won't do them all because most probably aren't read much, anyway.
• You know those "Other file formats" sections I have at the end of almost every document written in LaTeX? Correct or remove them.
• Improve the look of the site with CSS.
• Allow ROFF source documents. (Implies a ROFF-to-HTML compiler. One might already exist.)
